What is a Certified Care Advisor, who are they and what do they do?

A Care Provider USA Certified Care Advisor is the term used to designate a person who collects Care Seeker information over the phone about the desired location, price range, and specific care requirements of an identified elderly person who is considering moving into an RCFE or Assisted living facility.

Following a brief telephonic assessment and documentation of the potential resident's medical, psychological, care level requirements and care home budget requirements, the Care Advisor then matches those variables to a Care home which meets the Care Seeker's needs. The 4 P's in the marketing mix of identified variables in  Care Home services are Price, Product, Place and Promotion. Learn more about us at:  http://www.careproviderusa.com/aboutus.htm
