Centrally located in a nice neighborhood in Merced, CA.  The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious.  In addition to nutritious home cooked meals and snacks, we also provide assistance with self administered medications and transportation to medical appointments and outings.  Special diets are available.  Daily encouragement to maintain independence and daily activities to meet individual needs are a primary focus of our 24 hr program.  Home has affordable rates and provides dementia care, ambulatory and non-ambulatory care.
