Located in a nice area of Sunnyvale, Altos
Classic Care Home is
dedicated to providing a safe and home-like atmosphere. Altos Classic Care
Home provides all standard 24 hour care services, including medication
management, and night time assistance. Private rooms are available in a
clean and comfortable atmosphere.
This home also takes wheel chair residents
as well as providing diabetic diets and incontinent care. We are
conveniently located by Hwys. 237/85 and 280 and accessible to nearby
hospitals/clinics - El Camino Hospital, Camino Medical Group, Kaiser, Valley
Medical, and Stanford Hospital.
A local
favorite by our senior groups, Sunnyvale Senior Center, is a 5-minute drive
from us and located nearby Cupertino and Sunnyvale shopping centers as well
as public libraries and parks. Daily range of motion
exercises and leisure programs are provided along with individual activities. Birthday celebrations
and family visits are encouraged.
